Sorry for posting QC pics, bu there appears to be some "fogging" or condensation on the watch at the 6 position ?

Instead of posting this picture, have you bothered to contact your TD and ask what this is ? Maybe request another picture or two from a different angle ? What do you expect us to tell you ?
How in the word did you come to the conclusion that this is the correct section to post this ?

Beemer is rite. It is for op's TD to answer that question. I would get another watch if i was OP.

It looks like some glue left after removing the sticker saying AAA (sapphire glass).

Beemer is right (I just can't believe I'm saying this) that you should go and ask your TD what is this.

You are correct in your assessment. I think most of the TD's here would respond in good faith to your request for another watch under those circumstances.
