That is my understanding. The dial at 6 should adjust accordingly as you change the ring with the list of cities/time zones on it.
At first glance, it seems to match the layout of the real Master Geographic pretty well. Since there are no good reps of JLC watches (good watches, but fantasy, such as the tourbillon) Im pretty excited about this one.

I got mine from Timesshop, but Ive seen it at several TD's and the twins.
I have pics on an SD card and need to transfer them to photobucket to put together a review, but ::spoiler alert:: its not that great...

It looks awesome, one of my favourite JLC watches. What's it do badly? What's the movement? What's wrong?

You can see, and I should have noticed, that the world time minutes dont match the local minutes, and cant be adjusted. As it turns out, the city selector does nothing. And the movement rattles like something is loose in there. The dial appears more silver than white, unless in very bright light.
The PR does work, and there is a quick-set for the date at 2 o'clock. It is nice looking, and quite large - Id say 43mm without my calipers handy. It even has some lume, which is unexpected for a dressy watch.
Ill get my pics up with a review as soon as I can.

How annoying, it's a fantastic looking watch. I've loved this one, and the one with the red on-dial. I would love a working rep of this. Maybe one day...
