QC pics help - first rep - LF BB41mm Blue dial -

Hi All,

I have been collecting (gen) watches for a while and this is my first rep, dealing with Eric from Geektime has been great, he was very prompt and easy-going, I have ordered this watch only 2 days ago (8th March) and the QC is already here. Any input or opinion would be very welcome, thank you.

Please observe the edge of the crystal, where it touches the bezel (gasket?), this area looks a bit rough (or dirty), not sure if it's ok or can be improved. More pictures and video on this link https://imgur.com/a/whd65ei

Overall, because the face of this model is so simplified I guess its success mostly relies on being as sharp/crisp as possible (like the gen).

Has someone on Reddit been telling everyone there to come to RWI to get their QC appraised? If so, they’re obviously doing it just to wind everyone here up.

1. Getting general opinions on your QC pics is not welcomed on RWI. They’re your QC pics, for you to confirm that the watch being supplied is the one you ordered, and it hasn’t got any bits falling off or on fire.
2. Members here don’t care what Eric has been like. He’s not an RWI TD.

Sorry if that seems rude - but there’s been an increasing spate of new members popping up in order to get their QC checked by other people.

Does it meet or fail your expectations?
And if it falls short, is there a 'valid' reason to reject or were your expectations too high?

Remembering at all times the price is a fraction of its gen counterpart.

But ultimately its your money so your decision to make.

You guys are so hard all the time. The OP did at least ask a specific question from the QC which is allowable. Take his RL GL question at the end out and he’s well within RWI rules to seal input on a specific flaw that he believes is serious (as he can see it looking directly at it).

Now do I agree it’s a serious flaw? No… but I wouldn’t bury the poor fella for it.

At least he didn’t ask who makes the best sub
