Placed my 4th watch order with Puretime and am having a disappointing experience. I emailed Puretime before placing my order for a Cartier Santos GF medium and was told that it was "in-stock". I placed the order and paid within 7 hours, and was told that it was now out-of-stock and I have to wait for the factory to send the watch before I get QC pictures in 2-3 weeks. It's unlikely that actually happened. Requested a refund.
This is the first bad experience I've had purchasing a watch from a TD as I've purchased 12 watches from TDs. In the future, just tell the customer if the watch is out-of-stock instead of telling them it's in-stock when it's not.
