Firstly, we truely apologize for the delay of this order. He ordered a QF watch, QF was having some issues earlier . This was unexpected. They couldn't supply normally yet for all orders so still some orders are pending at this moment.
Secondly, we never ignored his email. We recieved almost 30 emails from him last night while we were off duty and we will get back to him today.
Lastly, the refunds for all requested orders will be done together every 2-3 days. That's why sometimes the refund will be delayed a bit. It's not because we want to hold the money. We've refunded to him the same USD value recieved. It's probably because the rate he recieved less.
