I ordered:

DAYTONA 116518 QF 1:1 BEST EDITION METEORITE DIAL ON OYSTERFLEX STRAP SH4130 V3 (GAIN WEIGHT)​

Made payment on 19th October 2023 was offered a refund on 7th November 2023 and was told I will receive refund later today early yesterday. To my surprise I haven’t received no refund even though my account says payment refunded. Also I am being ignored when asking about the matter at hand, by Marie in particular. I have made orders of these guys before for several watches. I have paid £956 for this item and have been reasonable with my emails what should I do???

This is not uncommon. If you think that now, then this is probably not the hobby for you

Can I ask what site did you order from? There are lots of scam sites around. If you did order from a trusted dealer then don’t worry you will get your money.

The correct site brother www.puretimewatch.io it is not about the money it’s principle don’t ignore a customer who sent almost a £1000 for one watch.

Also I offered them the option to refund in crypto if it was more convenient as I paid western union as long as I’m refunded the amount I paid in pounds they was happy to accept this and told me I will recieve within 48hours I messaged them to confirm on the second day and I was told yes they will sent coins later today, next day no correspondence after numerous messages I messaged them from another account as someone else and got a reply
