Hi,

I just ordered my first watch from puretime and selected moneygram as the payment option.

Puretime sent me an email with the payment details, when I go to moneygram and select to make a payment I get two option:

Cash pickup
Or
Account deposit

I briefly spoke with puretime ticket system who suggested to use ‘account deposit’ but this then asks to select a choice from below;

BDO Direct - Banca Di Oro
Bank deposit - all banks - bpi
All other banks

The puretime help desk weren’t sure and said they’d have to come back to me but I haven’t heard from them.

I was wondering what people have selected when paying puretime via moneygram?

Thanks,

Jon

Are you trying to do it online? If so, don't. The odds of it being blocked or denied are much higher. Easiest and cleanest way is to go into a Moneygram location and complete the transaction.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice.

I went to a post office and used moneygram but it was rejected even paying by cash (employee said it could be their machine)

I’m going to try a different moneygram shop and see how I get on.

I have also asked puretime for western union payment option to try that if it fails again.

Thanks,

Jon.

The best way to pay is Western Union (WU) cash at counter. You will save in WU fee, CC fee, and the money will be available right away.
Some TDs allow returned customers to pay by Paypal.

Hi,

Thanks - i will probably go for WU/Paypal in the future.

Went to a different moneygram 'shop' and the guy knew what he was doing so payment went through fine - i paid cash so ended up paying about £9.90 moneygram fee.

Thanks for your help.
