The full scenario is so:
The hard-drive within our data center has failed. They tried to restore it, didn't work, they tried to retrieve the data, didn't work, the last backup was from 1 month ago, so the backup is not the up to date PT. They have called in a specialist to retrieve the data (hopefully it can be done) and then load the data onto a new hard-drive.
This is terrible for us, and unfortunately it is out of our control. As previous members have mentioned, we are losing a lot of sales, and the influx of emails because of this has been huge. This is possibly the worst timing for this kind of disaster to happen to us (not that we would ever want it to happen to us, at any give time of course). Not only are we dealing with the backlog of emails received over CNY, but this also.
Bearing all of that in mind, we still can accept and have been accepting and taking orders via email.

Feel free to ask Sales as to stock availability, and if your item is in stock, inform Sales you want to purchase and they will forward your request to Billing, who in turn will get in touch with you as for payment, etc.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for this. I do not want my amazing customers to go to other TDs, and i hope you can bear with us and ride the storm with us, and if you would be so kind as to place your orders through emails, and exercise just a little more patience, i'd really be very appreciative."
