First of all, I am sorry to what tah is experiencing with my watch and services.
Secondly I am sorry to all RWI members who suffered bad experience with me.
Regarding this case, I admit we delayed (a lot) to ship back your watch, but what I would like to explain is:
1. your watch was repaired quickly after a few days we received it.
2. All repairs will go through me before they are being shipped back and I found the date problem is fixed but the cyclops was a bit off so I did not ship it back and asked the maker to fix it.
3. We usually do not chase the maker for repairs as we want them to do it well and when tah email me and I realized the maker has not given the watch back to me, then I asked the maker to return the watch to me.
4. Watch is returned but the problem persists, cyclops was off to the right (I know it was like this when you received it but I was hoping I could fix it before shipping to you, you can tolerate this but I cant if I see this).
5. I returned the watch to the maker again and tell him to REPLACE a new crystal rather than fix it. I got it back but the problem persists and then I understand all crystals have a cyclops shited to the right. But this time, the maker installed t he cyclops slightly clockwisely so again, I returned it to him for replacement.
6. I got it back and everything is fine except for the cyclops is slightly shifted to the right and I realiszed all of them are like this and maybe it was me too picky, so I shipped the watch back on 11th May and the tracking number was online on 12th May.
I dont know why this post came after the package was shipped but I admit I did not ship it back soon enough.
This is a phrase I wrote to you in my last email to you on 4th May:
I am very sorry about this, if I only want to fix this quickly and I would have shipped the watch a long time ago but I want it to be as good as possible so I prefer being complained by you but I never ship a watch with problems.
I dont expect anyone's understanding but I did try to make things right and I am always standing on your side, sometimes I need to take a balance between customer and company. You requested for an exchange to another watch, I said no because the watch is worn and not new which I cannot resell it, I think it is reasonable but you definitely felt not happy about this. I can underestand but if I can sell the watch you returned and I would have exchanged for you.
This is for everyone else on RWI:
No dealers are perfect, no dealers have clean history without complains. I want to make every of my customers happy but I have limited time and efforts and I can only leave some of my works to my staffs, they cant do as good as I can but I am improving this situations from time to time. I have just rent another office and now employing 2-3 more staffs and I will assign one staffs for the repairs and he/she will take a record to the repairs and we will not let this happen again.
Just feeling sad when I saw this, all I built with my hard work were broken when people see this, I really dont know why this is necessary after the repair is shipped back.
I have said what I have to, the rest are left to you guys to judge, please accept my apologies to all RWI members who had bad experience with me and I will try my best to improve my service, I promise.
Here is the tracking info, just to let everyone knows it is shipped on 12th (actually I shipped on 11th as the EMS guy will only actually ship on the next day).
