Why is he pushing "too far" ? What is this , the mob ? You're going to break his knee caps or something. What has he said that's a lie ? If I got screwed , I would raise hell too. It's irresponsible that the admin banned him for his complaint. That's POOR customer service. There are way too many decent sellers to act that way. These watches aren't costing them an arm and a leg. This thread alone will cost them more business than that watch was worth. If he was being a douche about buying a $75 watch and expecting a 1:1 rep, I would be the first one to tell him to calm down. But not only does he have a valid issue , but he has been EXTREMELY patient. Speak your mind , so that other don't get screwed.

Very short-term thinking from the dealer, besides the OP - who after this will never buy from him again, the title of this thread is eyecatching and pretty bad publicity! Then again, we only have one side of the story, maybe Angus has a different take.

wow, i hear some bad accusations about rg from a noob, i suggest you to stay cool, surely you had a bad experience with puretime but you are pushing too far my friend

Who the hell are you? Looks like you are a noob yourself. I was a member of repgeek from the start and I don't ever recall seeing you post over there. Repgeeks admin are overzealous blights on the face of the earth (except SFA). I suggest that a noob like yourself stay out of the inter-fora drama if that is all you can bring to the table.

No narrative, no story. All I stated were indisputable facts to which there cannot be sides.

Like they used to say on Dragnet, "Just the facts Ma'am"!

First of all, I am sorry to what tah is experiencing with my watch and services.
Secondly I am sorry to all RWI members who suffered bad experience with me.

Regarding this case, I admit we delayed (a lot) to ship back your watch, but what I would like to explain is:
1. your watch was repaired quickly after a few days we received it.
2. All repairs will go through me before they are being shipped back and I found the date problem is fixed but the cyclops was a bit off so I did not ship it back and asked the maker to fix it.
3. We usually do not chase the maker for repairs as we want them to do it well and when tah email me and I realized the maker has not given the watch back to me, then I asked the maker to return the watch to me.
4. Watch is returned but the problem persists, cyclops was off to the right (I know it was like this when you received it but I was hoping I could fix it before shipping to you, you can tolerate this but I cant if I see this).
5. I returned the watch to the maker again and tell him to REPLACE a new crystal rather than fix it. I got it back but the problem persists and then I understand all crystals have a cyclops shited to the right. But this time, the maker installed t he cyclops slightly clockwisely so again, I returned it to him for replacement.
6. I got it back and everything is fine except for the cyclops is slightly shifted to the right and I realiszed all of them are like this and maybe it was me too picky, so I shipped the watch back on 11th May and the tracking number was online on 12th May.

I dont know why this post came after the package was shipped but I admit I did not ship it back soon enough.

This is a phrase I wrote to you in my last email to you on 4th May:
I am very sorry about this, if I only want to fix this quickly and I would have shipped the watch a long time ago but I want it to be as good as possible so I prefer being complained by you but I never ship a watch with problems.

I dont expect anyone's understanding but I did try to make things right and I am always standing on your side, sometimes I need to take a balance between customer and company. You requested for an exchange to another watch, I said no because the watch is worn and not new which I cannot resell it, I think it is reasonable but you definitely felt not happy about this. I can underestand but if I can sell the watch you returned and I would have exchanged for you.

This is for everyone else on RWI:
No dealers are perfect, no dealers have clean history without complains. I want to make every of my customers happy but I have limited time and efforts and I can only leave some of my works to my staffs, they cant do as good as I can but I am improving this situations from time to time. I have just rent another office and now employing 2-3 more staffs and I will assign one staffs for the repairs and he/she will take a record to the repairs and we will not let this happen again.

Just feeling sad when I saw this, all I built with my hard work were broken when people see this, I really dont know why this is necessary after the repair is shipped back.

I have said what I have to, the rest are left to you guys to judge, please accept my apologies to all RWI members who had bad experience with me and I will try my best to improve my service, I promise.

Here is the tracking info, just to let everyone knows it is shipped on 12th (actually I shipped on 11th as the EMS guy will only actually ship on the next day).

Label/Receipt Number: EE61 4395 168C N

Let's be VERY CLEAR on this matter. This post was because you emailed me on the 25th of April only after I get a mod here involved .......then nothing else from you until I get another forum mod involved on the 5th of May. Then an email with another promise on the 5th of May with another promise unkept. Then no response from you until this thread.

The day after this thread I get the email showing shipping (supposedly) took place the day before (?) this thread........WTF?

This thread was NOT an afterthought, or an attempt to "get even" after shipping. This thread is WHAT IT TOOK to get you off your ass!

I am really sorry about this and I know nothing can be done to make you happy again. I have done my best and I hope you can accept my apology.
No one know how much work I have done with your watch, how many times I inspected your watch, again I want to emphasis if I dont care about these details and I would have shipped it back a long time ago.

Doris told me to ship the watch many many times but I keep saying to her we cannot ship a watch to the customer in such condition. She said you were angry but I told Doris you would understand because we were trying to make the watch right before it is shipped again.

I am sorry I did not get back to you in time as promised or this post would never been created.

Sorry again for all inconvenience caused.

If someone is having this many issues and you can't make it right for WHATEVER reason, you should refund their money. We all realize that not everyone is going to be completely satisfied, but there were obviously some issues here that you could not or did not want to deal with so you avoided contact with the buyer. This will make people hesitant to do business with you. Seems better to just refund in a case this extreme and keep the rest of us feeling secure in buying from you.

Just in case you guys hadn't picked up on it in the thread..........

I have an EMS package on the way, posted after I opened this thread. Angus is stating it was actually shipped the day before this thread but doesn't "post" until a day later, whatever........

Anyway when I get the package I will update this thread and let you know what's what.

Thanks for the support, peace out!

it's unfortunate this happened but it's not like it's a common problem. Dealers aren't perfect and when it comes to angus he probably deals more than most. If events like this happen... say what? a few times a year? i call it a good year and he is still a top notch dealer in my eyes.

the rep game is for the patient and tah... you were very patient. I would be pissed too and would have made a thread about it as well. If it's the last time you will ever deal with angus, I don't blame you. It's great that there's not one dealer to choose from!

Angus has been dealing for years and is definitely one of the most EXPERIENCED dealers in the forum(s). He is the only dealer that i've seen have any pull or say with factories. He's an active forum participant (at least tries to) and has done more for the rep game than most. It's easy to forget that when something like this overshadows history so easily.

What i'm trying to say is... stop hatin! (im not talking to you tah). This can happen to any of us. If you don't want it to happen (to this extent) there are other ways to buy a rep than through an overseas dealer.

My only concern and it kinda bothers me (i dont know why?) but 4 pages deep and not a single comment from any admin or mods... i find it rare that they don't make a presence in a thread like this.

anyways, i hope the watch arrives safely and in working order.

I did fixed what tah requested me to fix but I found another problem which he did not mention in the first place, I could have shipped it back after fixing the problem he mentioned but I did not and I tried to fix what I saw, and this caused the delay. I am sorry about this.

Thanks for your words phillycheez, it makes me feel much better, at least someone can understand me. I did not say I am 100% correct but I did try to make eveything right but my single man power sometimes not sufficient... but do you trust my staffs if I let them do it?
I dont know how the other dealers do repairs and QC when they drop ship, they need to train their staffs very carefully and update them with the latest release of new replicas, but I always think it is difficult to teach them about all these, even I teach them and they forget fast, staffs are staffs...

I shipped on 11th and it is actually posted on 12th and you started the thread on 13th. Please keep us updated. Again if there is any problems, please contact me first before posting on the forum, not only to me but to all other dealers, thank you.

Not many dealers would take the time, or go to these lengths to keep a single customer happy when it involves so much 1to1 time.
