Pure time delivery issue

Thanks for replies…PayPal and American Express believe this may have been a bogus site ([email protected]) that I used instead of puretimewatch.io. Completely my mistake.

This error could have happened about the time that PureTime changed its website From the previous to puretimewatch.io….and someone snatched a close domain.

so, I assume [email protected] is NOT a PureTime legitimate website….and that PureTime will so confirm in due course.

Absolutely Agree that PureTime is TOTALLY reputable…I have otherwise been completely satisfied with PureTime as a vendor.

Time to file a report with your financial institution and order the right watch from the right puretime website and have patience until you receive the QC pics. Before ordering also e-mail and check with them to see if the factory have the watch in stock. Good luck.

Yeah, well... It really sucks big time. You just have to be really super careful and come back here for every single purchase and verify web sites, emails, phone numbers etc. because things like this can happen.

I hope for you that the credit card company can recover your funds...

Thanks, eBoy…yes. ….VERY Good counsel. Care in making sure one is on the correct website..then double check…if something looks wrong, back off. And, as for me, while PayPal and Amex are on it.…Likelihood of recovery is only minimally possible. PayPal “donees” of these sort come and go quickly PayPal informed me… having said that, they have actually traced the donee….but… Lots of luck.

….anyway all should know that my past experience with PureTime has been very good. Will buy from them again on the correct website.
