Pure time delivery issue

Maybe it is just a delay, but Tracking states that a delivery to addressee has happened. However, I have NOT received the replica PAM I paid for. I have notified puretime by email and got no response. If there is a delay in customs, or simply a mistake…puretime has not informed me. HELP!

Did you use the contact info from this site or did you Google Pure Time?. Did you receive confirmation that they received payment? Did you get QC pics?. Did you call the carrier to confirm they delivered the package?. Some take pictures showing the item delivered. You just joined RWI 40 minutes ago and don't know what help you will get.

I used the same website from which I had previously successfully made a satisfactory order. Payment went as before. Tracking as before. Tracking reports delivery that didn’t occur. Notified PT …and got 24 hour response email…no response days later.

Here is final info on tracking from puretime to US…last entry is incorrect—impossible to be in New Jersey and then 4 hours later delivered cross-country.
is this contrived…is there miscommunication? Does “delovered” mean delivered to DHL or USPS?

any thoughts?

does puretime have a solution?

first…apologies to the moderator and others for posting inappropriately Order info.

second…per earlier posted query…I did NOT receive the usual puretime QC email, etc…rather, an order confirmation and tracking.

third…has anyone on this forum seen an order with puretime go haywire ?

I noted on the new puretime website with the suffix .io that my tracking number does not appear to be valid.

Is it possible that my order was “intercepted”? Or somehow hacked? If so, why woild a hacker go through the tracking fiasco I have seen emailed to me? I note that puretime has changed its website to the one with the suffix .io at about the same time my order was placed.

To make things even stranger….PayPal cannot find the charge. Could this entire transaction be bogus?

I assume…that an order placed on the puretime website with .io suffix will go through.

Thanks for answering. You are right. The website was an old one…I did not use puretime watch.io, rather, I used the old website...i will do so in future. PayPal and Amex are investigating.

How about a scam site of an impostor pretending to be puretime? It sounds honestly more likely that you used a fraudulent site.

Puretime is among the most respected TDs here.

It seems like the scammy pretend-fake-Puretime, who luckily sent you an $80 shitter for the $500 you sent them the last time, has this time gone haywire.

Puretime ALWAYS sends QC. That alone is a big red flag.

You answered yourself. You probably didn't order from the real Puretime.

Maybe check with your carrier also using the tracking number to see if there's an error on their end.

Now you're making me feel bad because you're not lashing out at everyone in tantruming anger like others have in the past. Sorry for expecting / assuming you would too and thus my slightly annoyed tone.

Yeah, well... It really sucks big time. You just have to be really super careful and come back here for every single purchase and verify web sites, emails, phone numbers etc. because things like this can happen.

I hope for you that the credit card company can recover your funds...
