Have you considered trying to source sterile dials, and then having another specialty company make a small sheet of your logo, and then apply the logo to the dial yourself?
If you mentioned that option already I missed it.

You can try to contact these guys. They mostly deal in NH-XX dials and movements but maybe they are able to do a custom job with a different dial layout for the date window. I know they pad print custom logos and they're not that pissy about what you want to print.

I have considered this but how good is the end result. With a craft sticker with logo.
I was also wondering if anyone has had experience with these dial logo machines you see on eBay. Are they any good, difficult to use, how many dials do you waste, to get a good result.
