I wouldn't base your opinion on this particular order. It seemed like this one was set up for disappointment from the beginning. OP, I hope you get it sorted out.

I've ordered one or two orders in the past from trusty and everything was fine but this was back in 2013/14, maybe things might have gone downhill a bit since then.

I don't undertand why the OP is getting so much stick, I would be mad too if I spent in excess of $1500 and was given the runaround like this. I guess this is another reason why I try not to order more than one watch at a time.

What did you expected, a 5kgs single package with 3 watches in it, 3 box seta and papers, spare parts with Rolex written all over them?

He could’ve just called the customs office at this point and tell them “hey, I sent a box full of replicas to a customer but he’s waiting too long, can you check where his replica watches are?”

Buy reps and expecting Amazon’s customer service and prime shipping appears to be a common trend with new members.......

I stumbled on this rep game since 2012 and ordered many watches since then. I've never had to wait longer than 3-4 weeks usually from date of payment. Other than over CNY this year when I placed an order on around 20th January and received items in around 1st-2nd week of March.

I'm based in the UK, maybe it's different for people in different parts of the world due to shipping, customs, etc.

The thread title says a lot. It's kind of like ordering a outrageously complex Starbucks drink off of the secret menu at 8:30am on a Monday morning and then being shocked when it's not right. I don't think the OP did it intentionally, but it seems like a big ask given everything that has gone on in the last couple months. Regardless, I think Andrew will resolve it one way or the other.

OP mistake for investing such an amount with a TD he has no experience with imo. He also placed the order when the factories were closed for CNY, his order realistically probably didn't get processed until sometime in March possibly even April due to backlog. But I understand his frustration nonetheless.

I hope they settle their differences amicably.

Yes, don't order more than 1-2 watches at a time & you will have no issues with Trusty. They appear to be understaffed.. on my previous order a few months ago it took them 10 days to send QC pics for 2 watches. Keep your orders small & always inquire if the watch you are interested in is available before payment.

I’m pretty sure you’re aware those late times (CNY, Covid, raids, etc etc) aren’t really “normal”.

I must be one of the lucky ones because I haven't really experienced much delays since Covid. Turnaround times have been pretty much the same
