Hello everybody we have a problem with the date movement in a 2836 movement. basically I can't hook the date teeth to the base of the movement, so when I turn the crown, the date stays still. the mechanism is mounted well, at least I think

Is the c-clip attached correctly?
Edit: nevermind I thought it was the day disk. The date disk teeth needs to be locked in to a click/spring.

Hi Dad. in the end I sold the watch but we could not solve the problem, unfortunately I could not try but I think that was the problem. The teeth of the date window were not properly seated in the clip.
