Problem with certification

Hi all I tried getting my certification today but after paying and clicking on upload ID i got an error message saying camera is not enabled on chrome so i went to the settings on my iphone to enable camera but upon coming back to the original webpage i get an error message and now I am not able to repeat the process. Anyone else with this issue and any idea how to resolve? the website does not have a contact I could reach out to

Ty, he just did send an email and pm me. Hopefully we get this straightened around. There are browser/ camera permission issues with about 10% of new users.
