Some great work there mate..especially with the buckle..
Whats your reference? Because I think you are using a refurbed Dirk PreV buckle ..the reason I say that is the tongue length....Dirk replaced these because he needed to differentiate on the gen so he ued shorter tongues...another reason I ask is because of the R shape on Panerai again it looks like the refurbed PreV buckles rather than the originals... unless of course thats your intention mate...
But great work..
The dial looks promising..but remember that you will also need to find a good overcoat to the base coat....its a very distinct and unique part of a preV dial...
A lot of guys used to say it was a matte finish but its actually a sheened UV protected varnish Zapon... its one of the reasons for non matching (due to reaction with T lume) of course hands were not varnish so do not have that reaction or a non matching look.
If you go non matching you will need to amke sure your serial number is correct as the non matching only happened in the first batch of 201a and 202a.... 75 were 202a and 350 201a then you will also have to think about fat or thin markers..this of course had no relationship to the markers as they were all cut the same...the effect is caused by the application of the lume...the thin markers the lume sits below the edge of the cut outs and the fat the lume sits against the edge of the cut outs... although in both cases you still have the depth of the lume within the cut outs so its still deep... Of course PreA dials offer the same reference as they were PreV dials with the serif font replaced with the Cartier font.Dial was the same though
