Size and weight are pretty much the same, it's just that the color on the dial and the bezel are darker on the gen, to my eyes at least

Gen or rep?
Handset looks like my vietnam

I can't understand if there are two types of hands,one more like the onlinehk one like this...

Morning Jack. They both look rep to me.

The black one has better minute and hour hands but seconds tio is too long and tail too short.

The blue hands are all wrong. Too long and dont land in the proper positions for gen. Again the tio is too long on the seconds. Looks like. Vietnam handsset on the blue. In both cases the dial printing looks rep or repaint. No flourish on the M and T SWISS T looks improperly formed.

The case on the blue one looks like the ebay case thats been selling from vietnam. Actually a very good case. The dial is much better on that one as well. The flat part of the case top comes well out onto the crown guards like the gen does. The tell on those is the pearl on the insert. If not changed it has a stainless surround instead of a plexi.
