Hello Jack,
The real obvious things to me are the insert and hands. (Insert color and pearl are wrong) try ro get a JK black insert and bleach it down. They turn a more correct color of blue. Insert a plexi pearl pip in it and that part is done. The minute hand is too long and the tail on the second hand is too short. Try onlinestorehk on the bay.
Case looks similar to an old cartel to me. Crown position is not very well centered in the cg's. Crown guards will always be too short unless you want to have them laser welded. Overall case work is not great. Does it have an engraved back? I would consider a case upgrade to one if the Vietnam makers. What movement is inside?
Dial color looks very good from your pics on this one. Blackish blue like my gen dial. Hard to tell much about the details from the dial pic. Who was the maker of the dial?
Overall a nice vintage looking snowy with some potential...
