Thank you mate, among those watches the Pelagos is still my favorite. In fact I had one order with one TD but he had to reject 3 ZF Pelagos in their QC and I had two options.. Wait 30 days till next batch or replace it with other watch. And I decided to pick one IWC 7 days ZFv2. This month I got a bit crazy... Rollie SubV5 noob, IWC Portuguese, pam 438 tuttonero V6F, pam 508 KW ceramica, blancpain FF Black noob and one blue AP15400 RO TF... My birthday presents... I will finish it with those three pieces and after that I think it will be "strap time".

How about the gummy strap of the V6F pelagos? I read that it will a bit worse than ZF version, concerning the quality of the strap itself and even the buckle.

That is quite a hall there!

The rubber strap and buckle are ok. Its not the poorer quality that attracts dust, I was able to wipe it off with my hand. I don't think I'll be using it though, but we'll see.

Many thanks man... I read the thread comparing both versions and I had the feeling that it was far away of being "neutral"... You know.

I will wait a few Days to see both watches and make the decision. It will be really difficult cause I think those two are really accurate reps. It is a must for me that watch. The other two I have no doubts as there is only one good rep maker. If can (my budget I mean) I will put a fourth piece (a Patek P Jumbo Black).

I will do. One question about your Pelagos. Do you think is a good daily beater? I mean, I use to have for daily beaters those reps with Miyota 9015 o Miyota 8xxx cause they are reliable movs, how about the A2824, is it reliable enough???

From my experience with A2824/36, etc., they can be just as reliable as swiss ETA 2824/36, etc.

:laugh: ...it actually is an antique film studio spotlight from the roaring 1950s. So perfectly emphasizing the design of the Black Bay which also is originated in that decade :smile:
