Just received my Pelagos. Gen left, ZF right. It's a pretty good watch for the price. Things of notice vs gen: lume is very bubbly, gen is flat. Crownguards are rounded, dial print color is beige-ish instead of white on gen. Ceramic insert has a different tone of color. Markers on the bezel sit deeper, and every edge feels sharper. Also, the spring mechanism of the clasp is pretty crap
But yeah, you can't really tell if you don't hold both up close.

It doesn't have a reference. Total Franken. Rolex 6564 case, 6mm crown (instead of 5.3mm), Tudor monarch dial, ETA 2783, aftermarket stretch rivet bracelet.
