First you will need a cartel vintage sub to start with, maybe this

Then the dial can either be re lumed to look better or a Vietnam dial sourced,(rubys watches) then you need a modder to shape the case for you,

Yeah, the hr case back fits but the raffles one doesn't, hr is the one used on this one
