Hont is easy to deal with, I have bought from him without issue. I would email him, say you are going to pay via WU and ask him to clarify name and address etc.

I assume you now know what you need to do?
Contact your TD and tell that you are going to use WU or MG then go to the WU or MG location and pay cash.

Any order that's more than 2 watches at one time with any TD is risky. Not that all shipments with 3 and above historically were all seized, but there is that increased risk. Personally I would pay for the extra shipping cost to split the order than not spend the money and then worry continuously when your order of 4 watches gets held up in customs.

Too risky because of Customs. They will seize your watches. Or you order four but in 2 or 3 separate shipments; it will cost you more though.
