And again, everyone has their own spectrum of what they prefer more in the watch. We all have the right to accept or reject items. That is not even the topic of discussion right now. Whether I accept or reject the item is based on my preference. The issue is they are taking literally days and days on end. 24 hour response time,Ok Mr. Voice of the Unheard, I suggest you knock it off and do so now. You’ve been told by 2 staff members (now three), have been or are working this out with the dealer.
Grow a pair and learn to accept that not everyone will share your expectation and opinion.
While I get you’re frustrated with your experience, you have to realise you’re being incredibly unreasonable both in terms of expectations as well as in handling of this. As long as you fail to realise that, not many will be able to sympathise with you and your experience.
If what you said is such a bother to you, I suggest you stick with gen watches only and don’t check them out too closely because there’s chances you'll find worse issues than what you’ve faced with your two reps.
Like you said, some behaviour will not be left unchecked. Yours included so please knock it off now.

It’s not like I’m complaining after receiving a reply after 25 hours. We’re talking days and even more than a week. But like I said, we’ll resolve this privately from here on. It can only be better from everyone from now, I’m sure.
