In my opinion especially rolexes with this kind of faraday double case back (like milgauss and air king) are 99% waterproof, but it is always better to test them
Crown and tube looks sturdy to me. But as what watch_addicted said, getting it pressure tested is highly recommended before swimming

Mine with gen crystal, gen dial, hands, movement, with vsf case, rep bezel and rep crystal gasket. Passed water test.
