PO Bezel Question

I am going to purchase an Omega PO, is the pumpkin bezel a scratch magnet? I see I can get the black ceramic but have heard it has fading issues? I am looking at the noob factory models and not sure of a 42 or 45.5. I like the pumpkin color but don't want something that easily scratches. Do any of you have the pumpkin orange bezel and how is it holding up. The noob I am looking at is this http://www.intime.co/product.php?id_product=1398
I am new to Omega reps and think this might be a good choice, what say you?

PB ceramics had issues however noobs don't seem to have the issue I also think I read somewhere the PBs have sorted this but I can't recall where this was now, I am actually interested about where and who does the good orange PO because I want one to go with my ceramic PO, as for size bud I strongly suggest go to AD before buying a rep because there is no real way to judge what size is best for individuals! by rights I should love the 42s but in real life the 45s work much better for me and I was so glad I want to AD to check this out, as for the orange bezels I have no idea so I be looking what is suggested

That is a very good suggestion, I know some 45's wear smaller on the wrist that others. I think the PO might wear a little smaller than it's size because of the bezel, how it slants downward. I have a 7.75 inch wrist so am thinking the 45 might be better. I was at an AD and tried on the Seamaster Pro 41 mm and it appeared small to me. At that time I was not interested in the PO. Closest AD is 3 hours from me, but will stop in next time I am in the area.

yep, with a 7.75" wrist, I would go with the 45mm. I have a couple of photos for you here on my 7.5" wrist if they will help you.

That looks great!! How does that bezel hold up to scratching? Is that the noob with the Asian movement?

I had the UPO pumpkin and it scratches like crazy! Not sure about the new noobs hopefully they improved it. I've gens scratch easy. So far no scratch on my CRPO noob

Thats a shame about the UPO orange bezel because I would love one but I now fear that after being a happy owner CRPO noob model, I'm always going to look at the orange UPO as Inferrer hmmm looks I just sit this out till they hopefully rectify this issue or till I know 100% that the noob orange is fine with this issue
