Kinda, but in black. I have a V2 in black and will get a new white dial to replace the one that looks grey in the pictures above. I'm going to be sending off one next week for an Orange dial and black raffles hands. I might get the white dial on the bronze at dome point but would need to look at a bezel. I'm trying to stick with combos that keep the original black insert that comes on the watch as they are mint.

Ive just messaged Raffles to ask if he might be able to supply us with dials.
The more of us message him the bigger the chances 8)

Well, I managed to changed the dial and hands (nightmare) but the more times you do it the easier it will get. So here are the results. The dial is about 1 or 2 degrees out, but not surprising seeing as i dropped it at one point! Need to get some dial dots instead of the strips as they should be easier to work with. So will realign the dial a bit better next time. And the obligatory lume shot.

How does the omega logo look in real ? Did you get the dial with the logo or were you adding it yourself? Where will you order your orange dial from ?

Got this dial from Odokadolo and the logo and word 'Omega' is raised which he's done, as i just sent him a picture if what i was looking for in grey and when he sent me a picture i asked him to do the black one. I've already got the Orange dial and that was from Seikonda in India, but its just a printed dial and not as good but will look OK once its on the watch with some black edge Raffles hands same as on this one. I've just removed the insert from another Steeldive 1069 and like someone else said I've left it in a 3 or 4mm of isopropyl alcohol for about 2 hours and you can see the insert slightly raised above the lip of the bezel and when I turned it over it nearly came out on its own! So much for some people telling me it has to be pressed out with the crystal.

Frank_NRW we have you to thank for getting us on this journey. The face down in solvent hack is brilliant for removing the bezel insert! I questioned that with a few 'experts' and was told it was not the way to go and the press from the reverse side would do it, but who has all that gear? The dials seem to be getting better and better im more than happy with most of mine but the more eagle eyed of you would want an exact 1 for 1 copy. I do have a San Martin coming in August so can't wait to get the dial changed on that and then that will be it until I find a black dial V2. Easy!!!

👌Where are you getting the San Martin from ? They say it's been discontinued...
At the moment, my priority is to get a good quality white dial and a nice blue bezel insert.
But I have an itch for a bronze with a green dial too...
What we need is a Reef style interchangeable bezel.

Would you believe, I have managed to source a brand new (2022) San Martin still wrapped and in the box but it was in Malaysia and the guy was reluctant to sell outside of the country as they get stung for all sorts of charges, exchange rate debit or credit card plus the shipping is quite high. It turns out there is a very extended family member who's parent still live there so i asked them to buy it and i paid them and they are coming to the UK to visit family and will bring it with them when they do and I'll drive 40 miles up the road to collect it from them. I hear what your saying but since I tried your trick with the insert I won't have any problems swapping and changing now. Someone I know has just had a blue bezel white dial done, I'll get a pic and post it.

I love the ploprof as much as the rest of you but sometimes I wonder if I am missing out on other premium omega divers and focusing on the ploprof simply because it is harder to find.

Has anyone had both the ploppy and an ultra in Ti and preferred the ultra?

I’m wondering if I will regret not trying one and then spending the next 4 years trying to find one.

You are in the wrong place to compare the ploprof to anything else! There are dozens of lovely dive watches like the 50 fathoms or doxas but there is only one Ploprof. Why is not repped ? Beats me.

This dial was from Seikonda man in India and with it being a sandwich dial not as much definition as the Odokadolo dial and obviously no raised indices or logo. I do have a grey dial from Odokadolo finished the same as the black so we'll see how that looks at some point.

Yes but you have to make step by step improvements! What I like about my orange steeldive is the lumed bezel from Okokadolo. What makes the watches is the colour combination between bezel and dial. Grey and Orange also works for me. BTW steeldive and san martin are same dimensions. Bezel insert and case. I’m going to order a new grey dial from okokadolo.
Next step is to find how to change the colour of the pushbutton for a white one.

Ive just noticed the push button on your id lol. Where did you get your logo's from? Is it a 1 piece logo or 2 part? How is it fixed to the dial. Mine actually looks better on the mesh now.

Yes id did have some conversations with San Martin this morning and they will look to see if any of their other watches do use a flat ceramic to fit the Steeldive and hopefully they come back to me tomorrow. Their aftersales has been very good, we must have exchanged 10 emails so far. They did give me the measurements so i cant wait fot the insert to come knowing it will fit.

if I remember well, the logo came from eBay USA, I remember that the shipping was more expensive than the logo. I should have purchased two but wasn't sure about the result. two parts with some sticky tape, not easy to position in the right place! Your orange dial looks good on the photo. But you need that lumed bezel insert. Sorry...
