Seeing as nobody asked, may I ask where you got your box set from? If gen box, I'm guessing it cost about the same as the rep watch?

I'm sure it's not a gen box because that would mean getting a box the same price as the watch. Ryan does have a similar box and considering the watch was from Ryan, the box was probably from Ryan as well.
I confirm. It's not a gen box.
It's a box bought by Ryan.

Impression on the wrist:
Rubber Strap :
I prefer the strap of the classic version, 3.0/3.5/4.1
This watch does not have the right fit for my wrist.
I have to wear it with a larger extent, compared to the classic Diver.
However, very comfortable on the wrist.
Case and Bezel :
I don't know any difference between the ceramic bezel and the case DLC.
The watch is perfect , and I'm very satisfied.
So , how Sharrkey had written.
Comfortable , impressive.

I hope I can make a comparison with the gen soon.
Dial :
Even the dial is very precise and accurate.
You may not notice flaws or other errors.
The dial , remains much less visible than the Stainless Steel version.
All the "black" Case & Bezel , absorbs the black dial.
The hands are very visible and accurate in their accuracy.
Buckle :
The buckle is made very well.
There are the usual errors , compared to the gen version , but of little consequence.
Case-back :
Unfortunately , here , at first glance we immediately see that it is not gen.
Very nice the rotor , but the screw couplings to the caliber , it's disastrous.:facepalm:
The caliber Asia is immediately recognizable from the original version.:hehehe:
But , you have to see in hand.
On her wrist is difficult to distinguish the gen from the rep.
Then , in caliber AP , there are engravingn, not here.:thinking:
Final Impression:
I'm very pleased.

This watch looks great. It looks better than great, it's impeccable!
At the same time though I don't think I could live with the DLC vs. ceramic issue as that makes that watch imho.
I feel similarly about the failed attempts at ceramic like coatings that the factories tried to rep of the Panerai watches. The desire to get closer and closer to gen would make me leave the whole project behind.
Edit: and then there's the titanium case back and titanium lugs.

Thanx mate , I know that it's impossible have a rep close or 1:1 to gen. I've wrote many many times.
This is the rule 1:1 = Buy the Gen
This Diver it's amazing and perfect.
In my description I've only wrote my impressions about , and 8,5/10 is a very best vote.
Only the case back is wrong , and if this version could be like the classic Diver , with the case back without sapphire , well , the vote final could be 9,5/10.
