TZ is ok for information but the way the forum is put together is shit and its sales section is loaded with scammers. So be careful and don't think because your on TZ or TRF or whatever the F it is its safe.

I actually replied to a sales post asked the guy to supply more pics and he sent me pics of a watch that I took and PS the date in, F'ing crazy. I let him know those were my pics he was using and suddenly the watch was sold, yeah right.

Something not so rare:

Piece origin: Trusted Dealer

If you don't know the dealer, then it's not trusted to me. If you're keeping it a secret, then lack of full disclosure makes me not want to trust you.

Effing plus 1!

I am seriously fed up of that shit, if you cant show me the TD and a link to the watch Im seriously thinking something is going on. In fact I think it an idea to have to name the TD its come from with a link to the watch (in somecases IE Non TD on our site its not allowed to be listed as a TD) We dont list some TD for a reason...

You can add "Mint" to that list

So many pieces are being described as "Mint" of late and many of them are not mint.

Definition: Mint condition - Mint condition is described as in new condition with no wear or damage, the item is exactly as it was when it left the factory. An item in this condition may have been removed from it's packaging which means it is not necessaryl MIB, Mint In Box. Mint condition items have the same appearance as the day they were finished with no handling or signs of wear.

In other words, if it has been worn even once it is not mint. If the strap has been done up even just to photograph it on a stand, it is not mint. Mint is not a subjective term such as "very good", there is no room for argument, mint is mint. the slightest mark or blemish and an item is no longer mint. It may be "near mint" but it is not mint.

I always thought the word "mint" pertained only to coin collecting but then people started using it to describe other things. Mint is the condition it come from after it leaves the Mint.

I've regularly had a little chuckle to myself whilst looking at some of the sales listings, watches described as New, Mint, still in the wrapping, but in the pictures you can quite clearly see all the Wrist Cheese and gunk on the case back of the watch.
