I've noticed from countless sales thread that people just leave a remark as to why he/she is not buying but still wish GLWS...

A lot of them, I understand don't have sinister motives and are of personal circumstances such as 'I'm not sure it will look good on me', or 'it might be too big, small, or weird,, etc'

Those are perfectly fine, but ..,

PLEASE !

don't thread crap like "new updated version's coming out shortly so I'm going to wait for it. GLWS!"

WTF!

Are you plain idiot or simply a dickh**d?

Have some common sense or at least some courtesy. if you have neither of those. just Sh** up and move along.

I'll agree to that. I'd thumbs up your post more but the v2 is coming out by another disgruntled member and it's supposed to be more epic. GLWTV (good luck with the venting) ;)

No I don't want to point fingers at particular person (s). Most of them are genuine mistakes ; carried away with excited anticipation of the V2 or what not. Some are outright idiocity. But still, I'm not venting anger over a particular incidents but talking about general manners.
Personally I have not had such experience so no reason to point fingers.
Anyhiw, There are plenty of such examples.

Maybe we should be like WUS and disable comments in the sales section. Questions could be asked by PM if you have a serious intent to buy.

oh maybe the OP can edit or disable comments on his own post ?

It's like common sense is not so common now.

The OP can answer questions and bump their threads
That would be a good alternative. . But on the other hand, we don't want to be too over-secretive as well..
Generally I like sales thread even when I'm not looking for any watches to buy or have listed anything because sales thread can be quite informative. Lots of good comments and informations come out of those.
I like our atmosphere.. just occational thread craping infuriates me.
I usually nudge them to use PM instead but I just saw too many thread crapping lately.

I do no agree. Free speech is more important that being ripped off.
To suggest that people have sinister motives when commenting is totally out of line. Prove it.
To dictate what others may or may not say in a sales thread is not the way to go.

This forum is here to inform people about replicas and that should include giving comments on sales. If a new version is coming out it is perfectly reasonable to state that information.

+1

I agreed with what this man too.

But what irk me are "any lume shots" or "wish it's in wherever" or "wish I have the funds". If you really want it, contact the seller and I'm sure you both can work something out...

100% with the OP on this. Anyone who posts something along the lines of "Na, the new one is coming" is an ass.
We will not be removing the right of reply to sales threads on this forum.
