Really dude? I replied to you last night about this issue and you're already plastering it on the forum? We didn't even talk about what options we would go from here. If a refund is what you want simply just ask. The FS thread had many pictures which showed the condition of the watch.

This should have been done behind closed doors IMO.
Give the guy a day or two to reply, not getting a reply after several hours is no reason to post a thread and air out the dirty laundry.

I have no problem with the poster starting this thread. Its up to the buyer to decide when to post about a problem and how to handle it. Did he post to soon?? Maybe, but I can understand his position.

watchfaker, you sold the wacth as Mint, however that dial is far from mint, infact its pretty bad, the hands are scratched, and its hard to believe you didn't know these things before selling. Listing a watch as Mint and asking that much for it puts certain expections on you and the watch. I dont think those expections where meet and I certainly would no accept that watch.

OP did not feel satisfied with the answer given last night, most people upon hearing an answer that they are willing to accept would not post this. Maybe OP felt that he was not being taken serious, but if watch is different than advertised upon receiving regardless of pics that is not a good way to conduct business. I have no photo skills but I can say that anyone can take 100 pics and choose the best five that show a watch in the best light. But it does not make the watch minty if it is not.

I have been close to purchasing RSH modded pieces and ALL have been immaculate and his level of detail is probably better than RSC, lol.

Best of luck OP and wf it seems that unfortunately rsh is caught somehow in the middle of this.

The op has every reason to complain. Those dial scratches are terrible. Bad job on the seller on not disclosing that.

When I sent PM. He said

"Can you see this at wrist length? Hard to judge under macro shot."

I could not find soultions.

But When I got the watch. I can see the something is wrong at the dial and hands. a few mins later.

I think "no way" watchfaker did not know about that.

Why did you handle the problem this way? Most forums would ban you for posting personal Pm's and emails on a public forum, let alone trashing someones character that might not even be involved.
You should have spent time working with the mods. That's one of the things the mods do is handle situations like this.

+1

Than If I did not mention about it.

How can I know truth?

Tell me about it.

I don;t want to do solve problem like this way also.

Well too bad. Just because you "don't want to" doesn't mean you get to throw civility aside.

This should have been done behind closed doors IMO.

Honestly, it sounds like you're sorry about the thread only after WF showed up and indicated he'd help.

I hate these public call-out threads. People need to have a little bit of patience. Or if not that, privacy - get a hold of a mod. I've gotten REAMED by a member here. Sold me a total POS. Found out from another forum that he not only knew it was a POS (and lied about it while selling it here), but after stripping what valuable parts he could, turned around and made a (big) PROFIT on me.

Did I call him out? No. Because you just don't do that. He has a nice reminder of my opinion of him in his PM box. Find your PM button, use it. Figure out who the mods are, remember said information.

The FS thread had many pictures which showed the condition of the watch.

BS, your pic skills are very good and your sales pics do not show your skill level, some of the pics in your sale post were taken in a way as to make the flaws unnoticable. There is no doubt those flaws would be shown had you wanted them to be, you also didn't mention the poor sel fit, and theres no way thats a new dial and hand set.

Poster send this seller the watch back.

Seller refund at once.

I would be furious if this is what I recieved after your description and the price paid.

The box is for Sure Fake and you offered a warranty Ok on Arrival.

The Poster deserves a Full refund.

Description
For sale is the beautiful BK TW sub with additional mods. Basically this sub has best of both worlds from BK and TC.

This is the latest version from BK with the superlumed dial by Pbdad. The watch is in minty condition and was worn sparingly. The watch also has a brand new set of hands from TC. Rolex box. I'm not sure if this box is gen but it looks very nice.

I sell tens of thousands of dollars of items on forums and ebay each year. I stand behind what I sell. The buyer hastily jumped into conclusions about me not resolving the issue. I literrally replied to the buyer last night and he created this thread this morning. I do offer an OK on arrival which means I would resolve issues if found. I had this particular watch for a few weeks before I put it up for sale and have no found issues myself. Before you start calling me BS, I have good feedback on this forum and would not jeopardize it over a single sale. I did not list the box as gen since I honestly do not know enough to tell. The previous owner does not know rather it was gen or not. I did offer the buyer a refund if he chooses to return the watch.

Buyer, you have a lot of balls starting a call-out thread when you could have handled this privately. He offered you a refund, and now you're making more demands about other options? That's poor form in my book. Either take the offered refund or don't. Trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip is about as unsavory as the public nature of this spat.

I believe the buyer has the right to handle it as he sees fit and most would do the same had they recieved that watch at that price paid.

Im with Sub

from the casual observer, there is fault on both sides - ie not mint and rashness from buyer

Im not one for handling everything behind closed doors - if the sellers handle even difficult buyers well, it gives them lots of kudos in my book

I agree. Too much $$$ paid for non disclosure of an obvious flaw is a no-no.

I believe the buyer has the right to handle it as he sees fit and most would do the same had they recieved that watch at that price paid.
