If i worked a job I hated and I could be arrested for 10 years making watch parts, marker alignment is the last thing in my mind
But i do agree that this stuff bugs me

After giving up trying to communicate to hont that i would like to purchase a replacement zf dial i consulted with a local watchmaker.Before

Apparently a 20 bucks issue. So if everything goes smooth with that i wont ever bother RLing crooked indices ever again.

Short update: "watchmaker" was an absolute retard.
Outcome:
idices are too complicated for him on second thought, he remarked after he disassembled the watch so he had only the dial in his hand.
In this process he scratched the dial and the hour hand.
Crown stem wont lock into place anymore.
Didnt have to pay anything but also did half the work myself because his hands were too shaky today. I wish i made all this up, fuck my life.
I had to RL the original qc. After a closer look at the other angles the 9 marker was really off. That would have bothered the hell out of me and I probably wouldn't have worn the watch. Got new qc pics this morning and I've GL'd

well the dial is trashed so i might try realigning some indices to get a feel for it.
The thought process was to leave this work to a "professional" because getting a replacement dial is a pain in the ass. Now im left with several pains in my asses.
So now im trying to figure out wether a 29 mm raffles dial would fit. When i saw the butchery of my watch i was conscious enough to take a measurment of the dial (28 mm). Desperate for advise if anyone has any.
