Guys,
I was setting the time on my 36 mm explorer when the stem suddenly came out and remained in my hand!
It is not broken, not curved. It is perfect but came out.
Now i opened the case back and ready to try putting this thing back in place.
I know that there must be some sort of release button but what's the correct procedure, possibly step by step?
I appreciate your help!
I'm 2/10 noob on movements, i've just started learning.
Thanks

Thank you very much,
The problem is the small button presses but stem doesn't engage,
I tried playing a bit by moving and rotating it but it just for a fraction seems to engage something but it moves still free up and down.
The movement is running

Don't play with the button or you'll screw up the keyless.
You should not need to press anything to insert the stem, just push it in gently while turning it a little.

The keyless works needs to be reset - the clue is that the movement is still running, but the movement should be hacked if you were setting the time.

Here's a tutorial on ETA keyless works, not exactly the same but close enough. Study and take picks of your movements keyless before you start taking it apart, so you have a reference should it all start to go horribly wrong ( which it probably will . . . .)

No wait,
The movement doesn't run everytimes.
I mean,
Sometimes when yesterday i was trying to reinstall the thing, the movement was stopping or running in certain positions of the stem, than before going bed i decided to leave the watch in a running position.
But it's just a case.
There are some clics that make the movement stuck in time set position or make it run.
So i think keyless still works properly.
But the fuckin thing doesn't engage.
The thing is the stem :)

The time setting is the correct position for the stem to come out. Keyless might be ok, you will know for sure once the stem is in.
Anyway if you are not able to insert the stem I suggest you have the watch looked at as there might be a number of issues (including keyless)

I will gently try pushing the stem in while playing a little with the crown, not touching the release button.
I'm a 15 years old rc models enthusiast after all..
Failure is not an option

Sometimes loosing the tab screws that hold the movement inside the case a little and getting a little play might help

As clear as mud.

So you're saying that when you push in the stem, it goes in a little and has an effect on what the crown/stem does ? - time set position moves the hands or date set where the movement is running ?
If you are able to push in the stem, feel it click into a different position then pull it back out again without pressing the release button then you need to reset the keyless works.

As a last resort, before entirely dismantling the watch try this:
With the watch on it's face (dial down), case back off, movement facing you, & the crown in your right hand, insert the stem into the hole, when you feel the resistance, press down lightly on the stem release button whilst slowly giving the crown half turns back and forth as you push the stem in - apply pressure but don't force it.
If that doesn't work, hit it with a hammer, or reset the keyless works.

Thank you guys for your helpfull advises.
You all clearly have non-beginner knowledges.
The stem pushing in does only affect the movement to stop or run, but in no position i'm able to move hands and the watch is a no-date

Try what I described above, if it doesn't work you'll need to reset the keyless works.

Yes, I understand.

Read this, twice before you try working on your watch. It's not exactly the same movement but it's very close:

You need to go as far as pic 8 to be able to access the keyless works. When you have done that, take a pic of the keyless works and post it here.

Also you could read this,it explains how a keyless works functions/is put together:
