I've offered to pay a fair price...I may just verify that it is a TC and send him the money via PayPal. I wouldn't feel right about just keeping it.

This is what I would do. It will just end up back on eBay under a different seller name with different pics otherwise.
Funny, wonder if the gen guys over on TRF know that we take the time to look out for them too?!
Look at the post I submitted the other day about saving trolls, it's crazy that this site does so much to stop crooks.
Follow up:The guy agreed to sell me the bracelet for a fair price, because he didnt want to chance my packaging skills with customs like they are!

I can't report him cause in the deal I made to get my money back I said I wouldn't.

Only paid him $50, thought it would cost me $20 to ship it back, so I'm ok.

So? He's a scammer and he's defrauding people. The ease with which he has refunded makes it obvious he knows they are fake.
If you don't wish to then send me all his details and I'll do it via my contacts at PP.
Will do Boss. He said he didn't know they were replicas, but after a minute or two he said it was in fact a "fake" and knew a lot of details that surely wouldn't be coming from someone who just found out he's been ripping people off for thousands. Also I told him I was worried about all the others that he sold the bracelets to and quickly he said not to worry he had offered them a refund. All too quick!

I told the guy "I wouldn't report him to "eBay, PayPal or his other clients". I've kept my word!
If Trailboss burns the guy, that's good.... especially if he's a member on any forum. There are too many good people here to have someone use these kind of deceptive tactics to make a quick buck.

I read about the Captain Morgan situation. It seems to me that with the safeguards in place it would be very difficult to scam people that are even half way on their game,however, after reading the thread I'm of the opinion that it can happen and does but only by a very slick scammer. I would suggest that a successful scammer would have to diligently read our post and follow our post for many reasons. So undoubtedly this guy is here and on the other forums as well.
