Planning my first mod on 1655

While I wait to find a source for a 1655 bezel with a flat 4 (no reply from WSo and tiger is sold out), I have collected some videos of the different 1655 reps that have been out there.
May help other interested newbies like me

Will a gen plexi fit the BP 1655 case without mod and is this a good choice?

And looking at your pics on the other thread I'm quite certain you can shorten the lugs a little bit ... the holes for the sprinbars will still look well positionned and the case will look thicker so more "genlike" ...

The length and the sharpness of the lugs are indeed bothering me. What did you use to shorten yours? Do I need a special tool or sand paper would do?

I am looking for an open 6 and 9 (and possibly a flat 3) DWO with a white background for A2836 conversion of my BP 1655. My current BP DWO is champagne and is bit hard to see even with mag.
This one (riyi) has very thin font (also appear left justified) while this one is on silver background and not printed.
Rafflesdials have a few, this one is again champagne (there is white counterpart) and the printing do not look OK to me, especially the 12).
What are my other purchase options with a white background?
