Perfect Clones - any good?

Hi Guys,

Just found the site http://NoMoreJAndrews.XXX(mod edit) in another post (about Milgauss) and wondered if anyone has used them, are they any good? Forgive me if there is somewhere else I should post this, I am still new here, this is a very LARGE forum!!

Order with confidence from Joshua. Prices might be a tad higher than with other dealers, but the service is stellar (at least in my experience of buying 10+ watches from him). Unpopular business policies have put him and Andrew on Santa's "bad" list here.

What "unpopular business policies" would that be then? Also do you know if he would ship to UK? whats the quality of them in comparison to say Ruby's goods... Its only this guy and Ruby I have looked at buying from really!

Josh and others commonly referred to as the cartel have been pressuring other dealers to raise prices. [smilie=knob.gif]
Yes he will ship to the UK and the quality is good.

Their prices seemed quite reasonable I thought! Thanks it's nice to know they are reputable - AllergyDoc do you have pics anywhere of your watches? Do they resemble the "gallery" pics on the site?

One thing thats always put me off these replicas, is the day-date fonts - they just don't look right to me, im surprised they haven't changed much over the years, I returned one years ago for this reason!

Good question. Lets see where to begin?...How about charging over $1000.00 for a rep that should go for around $200.00? Sound good to you? He was/is part of a driving force that would kill our hobby as we have known it in the past. Support for his business type practice is killing our hobby IMO. Making money is one thing, a$s rapping people is quite another.
You can ask whatever you want for any item you have for sale, but when you try and force other sellers to do the same, well then..seems you are trying to control the market huh? If you don't give a crap about any of these things, and only want your watch, and are not concerned with these types of politics, by all means use him. But be warned, you will pay for it in the long run. We all will to a degree.

Is anything that Guana posted untrue? Sure, some of it is subjective, but I don't see anything in his post that isn't a true statement.

The OP solicited opinions about Josh, and he's getting them. I don't see anything wrong with that...

I've ordered from Josh in the past (when he was still a dealer here) and never had any problems, but I do NOT endorse the Cartel's business practices and will not buy from them now because of that fact.

Feel free to disagree and continue to purchase from them, if you wish. It's a free country. :wink:

Thanks for the variety of opinions there - I appreciate for the people for whom this is a serious hobby, then any price fixing would not be acceptable. However, I just want to buy a watch which I know will be top quality, and made exactly to my specifications, so I may end up dealing with Ruby...
