From what I've read, the gen 671 is 16.5mm. The 382 is thicker at 18mm. I guess the difference is the P.9010 is 1.9mm thinner than the P.9000 caliber in the original.

Correct me if im wrong, 382 is 17.5mm, new P9010 movement is 1.9mm thinner then P9000 then it should be 15.6mm ?

1312 ZF The hand more lower closed to dail as GEN and XF. The slope of bezel is low as XF, so The case looks thinner , is that right ?
671?The hand and dail pin is more bigger than 382,
Zf use The 382 Dial pin and hand.
Gen with p.9010 should be 15.65mm
You are referring to the PAM1312, which is a Luminor 1950s case. The PAM671 uses a Luminor 1950s Submersible case. The vertical non-sloping bezel adds some height to the watch.

I think the green faced bronzo suits a dirty rough looking patina
The blue faced one however I think perfectly suits the clean polished look

Yep I perfectly agree with your opinion. Keep your hands trained, since i think cleaning operations will be very frequently

That could be the shine deflecting the light making it look thinner as the lower has more patina so you can see the full outline of the bezel.

When I received it was with a beautiful patina starting it's development, but I wanted to have it shining so now it will start again and I can enjoy the whole process.

I received my VSF 382 and 671 this week. The straps aren't anything to write home about, but I am thrilled with both watches!
Like others have mentioned, I think I'm going to let the green 382 age naturally and probably keep the 671 clean. Hell, I probably won't even wear the 671 much until it's officially released as wearing it now would be a huge "tell", lol!
Now to look for some straps for these guys. I hear good things about Bosphorus so I might give them a try. I'm not sure about canvas vs leather or colors yet.
