Goin gets it from a gen
Makers don't even know there are longer screws.
Anyway is not only longer the screw head is longer too and with a hole for regulation besides the slot. See the screw on the pic in a previous post

Or just wait for the factories to do the mod in the V3.5, V4, V4.5....... And this Pam 111 is getting close to a near prefect rep!!!

Ah got it. At this point, I think I'll get the incabloc mod done and call it a day

At times, modded watches come on sale in the sales section of this forum (Non dealer sales - member to member). If you are lucky you can source one that way.
But that is a lucky draw type of situation, catch it while its there. Otherwise you can definitely buy the watch, the latest 111N from noob is top of the line but the Incabloc is still incorrect. There are numerous modders (Trusted modders even) that can perform this modification for you such as the original poster goin. He has his own section.
Question for the rest of you, how much should one be prepared to spend on an Incabloc/MS screw Mod?

With these macro shots I'm fairly confident I would be able to tell the difference between a gen and modified rep movement (something I couldn't do before)... as long as I was looking at it under a >15X lens

It is very difficult to get the exact curve of the gen incaboc because the rep is too shallow and does not have the groves the spring legs go into that the gen has. If you go too deep on the cut, the spring will pop out when the watch begins to run, because there is not enough surface for the spring legs to grab against when they are under tension. This makes exact reproduction of the y incabloc impossible but Goin and I get it pretty close
