Really the one with the label is the gen?:lol1:

wow, i do prefer the rep crown anyway!

Yes, the watch with the label is the gen
Look at the space between R-A in PANEARI. The gen space is smaller than space in rep.
This is a little flaw to be fixed in replicas of PAM 380. Even on last versions as you can see.

The crown of this rep seems very very good.

In this way, with such a quality of the current replicas, we will see soon in the GEN Forums comments like that:

- The Gen PAM XXX OTB is very close to the rep from XX maker.
- There is a modder in Gernany who makes modds in gen PAMs XXX fitting them with the magnificent Noob Sandwich dials. Extra lume free.
- Panerai has released a Ultimate version V12 of the gen PAM XXX copy 1:1 to the H maker rep and with perfect CP. A "genuine" H maker rep. was bought for this replication, which took two years to be finished. Unfortunately the CG has not as square edges as a "genuine" Noob rep.

....LOL

The muted gray of the strap really brings out the 380 dial. Thanks for sharing Polonus. :D

I'm sorry for the dumb question, but the strap is great - could you help me out with a link?

Thank you for the review. I am still trying to make my mind up on what will be my first rad. This one is up at the top of the list...

It is Orloff (Mario), our Italian strap maker. He has his section on RG. Just see examples of his work and send him a message.

That strap will look awesome on that watch!

Why do I have to make this post over and over again! ;)

NEVER USE RED LOCTITE ON A WATCH!

Blue isn't much better. It's designed to hold medium sized bolts like say 1/4in ones.

The ONLY Loctite to use on small fasteners is "the purple". It can be removed with minimal effort and holds great.

I suggesto to dont use Loctite. I bought a 390 from a german guy. He filled the case holes for the CG. I used a phon to unscrew it... after I trashed the screws. I was lucky because the case was safe.
I use the nails enamel, strong type. It's perfect to block the screws and it's easy to remove.

Here some shots of my 380, after a serious polishing work ;)
