I check ,you had sent email to order watch this week , but you no order PAM346 from us .
Where you buy this PAM346? You can shipping back to your dealer ,and push he to contact with us .
If this is our product quality problem , we will rufume your money and shipping cost to your dealer .
or pay all shipping cost back to your dealer ,ask they shipping one new watch to you.
If your dealer can not accepted to contract us , he is making trouble witn our new product .
you can show at forum here , I will follow. Also I will rechang one new watch for you ,
and please buy our kw product from turst dealer .
I m Interest and waiting for this watch .

Guys there is no better Customer Service around than this for Rep Watch??!! Many props for getting on top of chris9's problem and offering new watch also! Never heard of noob nor Hfactory ever offering this level of service!!

Firstly..I missed the jewel when checking the QC so the fault is mine. No problems with that.
Secondly..Alen from Kuvarsit has made contact with me and has been simply fantastic.
Thirdly.. I bought the watch from my favorite TD who accepts Paypal. It was my fault that I missed the jewel, not the TD's in anyway at all.
Watch is winging its way to me now, will open the case back and see what falls out
All good, cant wait for this one to arrive, look forward to buying more KW watches in the future(I have their 388 and 505 already)
