i am thinking back and forth about wich crystal to get. on the one hand you say sapphire looks very good but synthetic is closer to gen.

Joshua said that he will send replacement caseback "when available from maker". And other trusted dealers are saying the same - so maker is made aware of this for sure.

About mineral vs sapphire - I have 212J with mineral and while it is more optically correct with gen, after several months of ownership the mineral glass developed some scratches on it's surface - right now they are visible under strong light but it is a process and I expect them to be visible under normal light condition in the future as well. PAM 332 - that one I got with sapphire for that reason

I received a replacement caseback a couple weeks ago from Josh at Perfect Clones. When the factory made the new casebacks he just sent me a new one with a tracking number without me having to ask. One day I just had an email and tracking number in my inbox. He isn't a trusted dealer here, but I've received great service from him.
