That will be almost impossible improving the automatic machining and get an uniform finsh and appearance
This is not only a finsh problem but the Ti materiAl is softer than gen and you cannot get a well polished finsh in the inner machined parts with such a soft material
Better leave it like that

ALE
Thanks ALE, that's the ' problem' with your excellent PAM guide..before I would not even have noticed such small issues but you have trained us well!! Thanks again for all you do.

Of course I agree with ALE, a better machinig of the inner part of the knurling would be an important improvement, luckily it's an invisible "flaw" IRL. The watch looks incredibly well finished, especially under natural light

The bezel rim is so highly polished that looks "liquid" and catches all the attention of the eye.

Yes I agree

This is one of the most attracting things of this rep

It is a shame that PAM 243 either Noob or H maker have narrower polished edge on bezel

Dear ALE, i've a 569 with ST255 Seagull. Could you kindly advise on maintaining the power reserve in this watch? I "shaked" it for about 2minutes this morning to get it started and gave it about 30 half winds, but it stopped ticking about 2hrs later. :(

How long does it normally last with a good power reserve?

Many thanks!

Raywin, I have the same watch and wear it fairly often. I also have it on a winder when I don't but I traveled the last few days and did t have a winder while traveling.
Mine holds at least 3-4 days without being worn. You may want to have it serviced or replace the movement as they are fairly cheap. I checked on the specs and it should be ~40 hours.

Thanks Jeane for your advice. Wow, mine is far from 40hrs.. i will monitor and see how it goes. I actually dont mind giving it a little shake and wind actually haha

3-4 days power reserve is unusually long.

I think that 30 - 40 hrs is the usual PR

For a rep 24hrs would be good, and 20 hrs. would be enough for all purposes
