As I always said: I'm very analytical making reviews and threads, but I don't use to reject a watch by the QC pics and I never make mods. When I buy a watch I just enjoy it every day.

It is the same with Audio equipment. As many people here know I like a lot the High End HIFI equipment and I have arranged and managed a lot of good Audio systems. But I like also (even more) the music. Then, when I'm hearing music I forget completely the Audio system.

I have just received the H version and put it on a new Bob's strap. It is a really beautiful watch. I appreciate the attention to detail ALE and others provide, but how many have been put off from buying a great rep at a pretty decent price?

Dear friends
We are making this hard scrutiny and studies not for criticism, There are several reasons to do it.

- To have better replicas in the future. Knowing the flaws we will inform to makers what are the flaws to be corrected in next versions

- To learn about the differences between all versions available in order to know what is the best for each person. In order to decide what are the flaws each person can live with.

- To learn about the differences between all versions available in order to can identify the version when people are asking for that or when we are selling or buying a new or pre-owned replicas. I answer every week many questions about this matter. How the hell do you think we can identify a replica if we don't know about the little differences.

- To get amused, this is a hobby and each person take the matters in different way, some persons are passive and others are more active.

More suggestion will be welcome

amazing all the job you guys did on this comparison between the dials...in the end seens that we got some good dials on both versions...and with the pt version cp updated will be difficult to tell wich one is better...maybe will have to wait for the noob version to get a champion on this battle

I'm not very good at these, and I don't have a GEN to compare to, but here is a shot of my 372 dial from Trusty (same watch PC would get) My R's are clearly of different size...

Your comparison seems from a perspective view that surely have the inscription a little deformed

Anyway, I have made comparisons with straight HD pics and final "R" is a bit smaller than PANERAI "R" also in H maker version and the position of "R" tail is different too.
But you need to make big size comparisons to realize the difference in H Hmaker , whereas in gen and PT version you can see directly and easily the variation between "R's".
