It was a great review, I'm trying to decide do I pull the trigger with an XF V2 or wait for the V3 that will surely be coming.

There might be another version, but I don't think that's happening in the very near future, unless there's a glaring flaw on the XF V2 (aside from the confusing CG engraving quality). Maybe it's more possible for ZF to make a V2 based on everything they got wrong on their version, but then by the time they release it, without anything more to improve upon over the XF V2, I also think that is highly unlikely. The last version both will probably make is if they are able to produce a movement that looks and functions like the P.9010. But I would recommend just taking advantage of whatever is available now and doing a C&R in the future.

Utterly fantastic review man. Killer indeed. I may have to pick one of these up.

You know mate, last time I counted, I have more PAMs than I would like to admit, but the factories just had to go out and release this and now I find myself trying to justify that this is the last one "in a while". Well, three weeks is awhile right? Hahaha

It's hard to give a definitive answer IMHO,
I've got the XF V2 & it changes depending on the lighting conditions,
If anything it's really close,if your considering it then I would say go for it.....but I would wouldn't I[emoji6]

XF v1 is seagoil movement

V2 is base on 7750.
It is easy to compared .

balace @11 is 7750.
left is ZF right is XF V2


balace @6 is xr seagoul

All the questions about V6 I think comes from Ryan at intime as he has two different 671's advertised a ZF and a v6. No mention of a XF.

Again, (look for the explanation elsewhere) KW --> V6F --> VSF + XF. Dealers may call a V6F an XF or a VSF interchangeably although that would be chronologically incorrect as all new models should either bear the XF or the VSF factory naming.

In Angus' site, he only lists ZF and XF PAM671.

Im now ready to make my first purchase and its going to be the PAM 671 v2 XF

I have read quite a bit on the beginers guides etc but would appreciate a couple of pointers on things-
1 Ive looked at the TD sites and think im going to use www.ts-station.cn/goods.php?ProId=20755 but there are two refeances to Movements one says p9000 and the other 9010. Anyone clarify or recomend there prefered TD for this watch?
2 Do TD always send QC pics after the order is placed or do i have to request them.

To sumerise the watch im after is the PAM 671 v2 XF . All help and recommendations greatly appreciated.

1. The correct would be P.9010. The P.9000 would be wrong for this watch. Anyway, the link you gave is the correct watch. Any TD can source you this watch, it is up to you to select which TD to order from.
2. Normally, TDs will send QC pics to you a few days after you pay (as they have to purchase the watch from the factory first). When you receive them, you will have 24 hours to approve/disapprove. If you don't reply, they will interpret it as approval and they will send you the watch.

Well, a TD is a TD anyway you cut it. They have been vetted by the staff here for a reason. I've bought from Puretime, Intime, TSwatch, SuperMirrors, Torobravo, Chazingtime to name but a few and I've had a generally pleasant experience with all of them.

As for QC pics, without @ALE7575 's blessing, you can't just post QC pics here but if you see anything that is horribly wrong with the QC pictures, I think posting them in a separate thread might be allowed, but you should be clear in whatever you're seeing wrong in the pictures, not just post pictures and ask "Are they OK?".

I have not actually received my PAM671 yet, but I will definitely replace the strap as OEM spec straps do not fit my wrist and I don't have a puncher to add holes with.
