Thanks for your input. I am fully aware of what you are saying. My question was referring to whether they liked the watch overall (mainly the look of it) and NOT if it looked identical or close to the original.

Tough to say since I haven't had a change to wear one. Doubt I ever will.

I don’t think this is a popular watch given most people understand the rarity of the gen. The likelihood of anyone owning both PPF and 3kf reps is low IMO.

I have a friend of a friend who used to own one and what stuck out to me was just how vivid it is. Kinda funny that I've seen gen but no reps in person, but from the pics on puretime's website, both 3KF and PPF seem to be a little too washed out and not quite as vibrant. Take this with a grain of salt though, clearly different lighting, I saw the gen in the dude's apartment in natural lighting.
