how is your Chinese? If you asked him in English there is a fair bet he didn't really understand what you wanted and offering a case was a guess
Sounds pretty logical to me. Remember English is not his first language and besides, most dealers can't supply individual parts. They don't have access.

I wouldn't take it personally at all because these messages are not monitored for quality assurance. :wink:Let me tell you from experience... the removal of a bezel from a SDDS is not an easy task, and it is quite easy to bend it even slightly which will make it NOT WORK once put back on.
You are much better off getting the full case with crystal and bezel already installed then to try to put the bezel back on.
