Can anyone please explain how the hell a watch without a rotating marked bezel or a chronograph could possibly considered useful for a regatta? When i search online for regatta panerais, it only comes up with chronos and one rotating bezel marked for regatta.

The inscription regatta on the dial is simply a symbol of the connection of this special series with a particular regatta, whether it be Laureus, PCYC, or others.
If we are talking about functionality, then formally, only models with P.9100 / R can really be practically used for their intended purpose, while the PAM371 submersible with the GMT function will obviously not help if you participate in this regatta, just as the PAM230 wouldn't help in the Olympics.
Initially, this is just a marketing ploy, giving a reason to make some changes in +/- common models, and sell them for a much higher price within the SE.

No, no one is doing it at the moment. PAM214 was produced by the HF factory, which does not currently exist.

The Regatta and the Rattrapantes you Guys are wearing are Just amazing!!! I Love These Models. Is there any TD you would recommend? I really need to get me one
I don't think you can get any of the Regatta models from a TD currently, they have not been produced for some time. So unless some TD has old stock, which is unlikely, you will have to look for them in the M2M section.
