Just thought I'd start a thread to highlight the variety of Regatta models that have been produced by Panerai since 2001 with the 107 being the first. Over the years the model range has featured just abut all of Panerai's case styles and finishes along with a wide rage of dial types.

I'm not sure of the full extent of which Regatta models were produced by the rep factories so it would be helpful to have as many posted here for future reference. It would be great to see some of the rarer models like the 199 and 371 in detail.

I'll kick it off with one of my personal favorites - the H Factory 253. There's a lot going on with this watch between the mini fiddy case, domed xtal, waffle dial with chrono subdials, tachy, silver hands and of course the lone blue chrono hand accent. However even with all of these features the watch still maintains an elegantly sporty aesthetic.

Agree, the 253 is such a classic. Perfect in the adventurous chrono character, but with an elegant old school kind of feeling, love it. Here is my HFac example of it. Did Noob produce it ?

Great thread idea, I don't know much about Regattas many versions, in gens or reps. Can't wait to see what history digging specialists will bring on the table.

Here's the H Factory 156 Regatta GMT - fully polished Luminor case and CG with brushed lever. this was the second Regatta model released in 2002. This may sound stupid, though I actually didn't even realize it was a regatta when I ordered it because it was so different from the other regatta models and so similar to the 088.

Thanks for the thread. It is interesting the association that this brand has always had.

Already a good catch, especially not with those models that are associated with reggata as soon as you talk about it: PAM222, PAM156, but there is still something to show in the world of rep.

Time to add some: PAM286, PAM332, as TC already mentioned, we have PAM199 and PAM371 in our team, even at least one PAM168 should be here.
By the way, there was more than one regatta in the history of panerai, Luna Rossa is also here (at least one PAM1039) , or just those models that have "Regatta" on the dial?

Just the 156 and 308 remain in my stable.. I rather stupidly sold my 286 and 332 (and to a lesser degree the 222) I'll no doubt hunt them down again..

patnaboy - I should have known you would have a 199... Great to see a close up picture of it as I had originally assumed the 199 had a waffle dial, though it appears to have a 'woven' carbon fiber look to it?

Woundup Yes the gen had a carbon fiber dial. The rep tries to mimic the look. The woven look is not as sharp on the rep as compared to the gen but Its still a very nice rep :)

Thank you, patnaboy! I knew you have something to support the thread!

Well. Probably now dadog13 will make some more important inputs, in particular on fake pushers!

You will the first to know when I decided to let go of the 222

This thread really hurts my heart ... I have been searching for a "Regatta" so long, but nobody wants to sell them. Ok, that is not surprising. Congrats to all of you!
