No way to tell for sure from those pics....also guy has a feedback of 50.....not enough to believe him, in my book anyways. I would pass.

I normally can't tell unless by the feel of them (rubber) but leather ones you can normally.

But honestly I've seen enough rubber straps where I've thought some gen weres fake. Inconsistent sometimes
