At 8:30AM this morning, I set pamfried's section invisible until outstanding situations are rectified to everyone's satisfaction...

I am confident that pamfried will make things right but his section will remain invisible until they are...

Should there be anyone out there with an outstanding issue with pamfried that does not believe that we know about it yet, please contact R2D4 and provide him with the info.... he will then relay the info in the admin section for us to handle...

Aquaracer. I'm out the MBW and HB strap i sent him and he made a PP dispute when i had given him a proper tracking number. he made the PP dispute and i'm out over 1k that went back to him becos it didnt show up on USPS but its valid from my local PO.

I cant see how he is the victim here.

Evidently clear whats happening. It took a lot more for dealers to be stopped trading but now this?

You have not been permanently removed... you have been made invisible... if we can get this wrapped up in the next 24-48 hours then it'll be back to normal...

24-48? I honestly doubt so.

After aquaracer's emails with me an hour ago, this happened. So nice to see this now.

No one seems to care i am losing out here but that I AM the one to sort out the mess?

Why nobody tried to talk to aquaracer?

Is it in the history that members are cool with buyers making a PP dispute when tracking has been provided??

Do you really want to bring the dirty laundry out into the open forum?

You have not provided tracking to me as of this moment.... the only tracking number i have for this transaction does not work when submitted in track-trace.com....

These are not the only 2 issues in your history...

I would focus on fixing the issues than debating the justification of my action...

Thats funny...

It has been working since the day it was shipped.

So no ones knows that and is blaming me??

What other situation? Thats clears that? So i did shipped to him and have valid tracking and thats it to you? Dont mean a thing that he made a dispute thought i have shipped?

A valid tracking shown and whats in for me? Nothing? I have not given enough proof?

By the way many should recognise the addy of the person on the bottom section.

He guy has received the package that was shipped to him. Shipped at the same time.

7 packages shipped on this day. 5 via Registered, all received.

2 others asked why it took so long for the package to arrive but they never made any dispute.

Aquaracer made a PP dispute even whn tracking was given and now so coincidental that the package never turned up??

How can one expect me to believe that its soooooo coincidental?

So he is still the victim?

I'm out money that he got PP to refund him and out the stuff i shipped him. And over 7gs stuck in PP.

He is the victim?

Your tracking shows it shipped.... but does not show any delivery... so, it's MIA still.... not that it won't turn up... but it hasn't to this point...

What about the other situation with hboy... where does that stand?

So can i have my qn answered point blank? Its right for a buyer to make a PP dispute when proper and valid tracking has been given?

Point blank answers...

Aquaracer issue - You have tracking for a package that does not show to have ever landed in the US... it is not in the USPS tracking system which means it was never offloaded onto US shore.... your commitment is for delivery of a product...

I do not like that a pp dispute was filed... it is well outside of protocol of this forum... but, your treatment of the buyer in this transaction prompted him to file it... i don't necessarily condone it, but if he did in fact file it 40+ days into the transaction then I can't hold it against him either.... I have not seen visual proof of when it was filed versus when the transaction started, and will request that...

hboy issue - You commented on 02/10 that you would rectify the outstanding issues promptly... it is now the 18th and per your own words, it will not ship until next week... which I take to mean the 23rd at the earliest.... 23 days from when you told me that you would handle it is not "prompt" IMO...

I paid for $1100 worth of goods almost SEVEN WEEKS AGO.

No dispute that he sourced the goods and shipped the goods.

I paid for EMS Global Express- He shipped via registered mail- OK I can live with that.

But After TWO weeks the tracking # did not make it into the USPS site- My Watcheden Registered package showed up in the USPS tracking system in 24 hours- Most I have ever had to wait for a registered package to show up in the USPS system is 4 days- My local PO said there is a good chance that the package is lost/stole/damaged on the Singapore side so I told Pamfried if I did not at least SEE the # in the USPS site i would have to file a claim with paypal to protect myself. On the very last day paypal would allow it I filed the claim- Pamfried went NUTS- Now he is emailing me calling ME a liar and thief- ME!!

What did i do wrong??- I paid a high price promptly- I waited through 4 weeks of lies about when the product would be shipped. I gave the tracking almost TWO weeks to just show up in the USPS system-NOT to be delivered- Just proof that the package actually is enroute- ni my business we are no longer able to accept payments from customers in Singapore cause there's so much fraud- so No offense to pamfried- but what if the package got swiped the minute he left the Post Office counter? Now it's THREE weeks since shipment- almost SEVEN weeks since payment and nothing. I'm just a customer who paid in advance and TRUSTED the seller- As i have done for EVERY other dealer on this board for years. If he was serious he would have EMS'd me the stuff and i would be happy to return the original package if it every showed up- Cause MY integrity is not at question here- not even accusing HIM of scamming- of course not- i am accusing him of being cheap- sending an $1100 package via snail mail and now trying to put the blame on the customer- That's just wrong.

Paypal has not refunded me- They will just hold it open for one month. Paypal assumes this is for two genuine straps- so no rep issues at play here. Don't make the customer out to be the bad guy when he is simply waiting for the goods you promised him two months ago.

In this rep game everyone knows there are bound to be delays as mentioned by yourself many times.

I don't wish to have delays too, why should i want to have a mess for myself?

I tried but there is no way i can force something that is not right to be right.

So now the game is different for me?

We all want things to get done fast and proper but when things are not going the way it SHOULD BE, what are we supposed to do?

Ship him the watch plus the defective part for him to get it fixed himself so as to be on time for delivery?

I sure hope i don't ever see any dealer ever late in shipping stuff.

I received a watch on Mon, opened it up on Tues. Found out some parts not proper. Emailed buyer and told him i propose to send it back to my supplier to get a replacement. Told him the delay might take up to 2 weeks.

What reply did i get from him?

Perfect. Better late than broken in 2 weeks time.

Happy to post the email message in it's entirety if you want to reveal all of your info...In our country we call this a "contract".

Cause if you say "I will throw in a leather Strap for free" and I agree to the deal, but you send a vinyl strap and say "You did not pay for it- be happy with what I sent You"- That would be breaking the deal- right??

Shipping fees are shipping fees.

Prices of the stuff were reflected clearly in my sale posts n shipping is different altogether.

They are separate.

fact is the amount you paid consists nothing of the shipping fees let alone EMS fees.

Because you offered me a "Deal' to get my money. I paid for that deal- hence you and I had a CONTRACT for that amount of money and that EXACT product and service. Then you reneged on that deal. I did not protest cause you said you would throw in another item that we had agreed was worth $25- So we agreed that the money end was OK. I am NOT saying that you owe me money for shipping- I am not saying you are scamming me. I am saying that I FEAR that the package is lost/damaged/stolen rather than simply delayed. If I am wrong you get paid in full. if I am right I get my money back.

My point is we agreed upon EMS- and when you shipped it registered mail you stripped yourself of some very valuable protection- Since anyone who ships a lot of Overseas packages KNOWS that EMS is many, many times more reliable- ESPECIALLY for expensive small packages. If you had sent it EMS i would had received the package several weeks ago and this never would have happened. Blame yourself if you want to blame someone.

I'm a noob on this site, but am an attorney. You said that you would ship EMS, buyer agreed and paid you. He paid for EMS shipping, even if it was a "free" offer on your part. You offered, he accepted, he paid. As far as where the package is in the world, the buyer hasn't received it yet so it's still the sellers responsibility up until the buyer receives it.
