It's all about what you're willing to accept for the asking price. Plus I don't see any of the major factories doing this anytime soon.

Good catch, I did not notice they used modern hands in this one. The lume looks lighter than the patinated almost orangey lume on the gen, which is too bad. I was too focused on the dial, which was the main point on Davidsen's build. Serifs look nice in this one (well from the photos, David's photos do not have the same quality as Puretime's). The strap is nice, copying the same leather as the gen, although the engraving on the SS buckle is a tad bigger than on the gen buckle.
